Thank you Debra and team for helping our Miniature Schnauzer, Gigi, overcome her fear of grooming.  We were at our wits end as our dog was terrified of being groomed based on a prior bad experience with another provider.  The care and patience provided through Tia's has helped Gigi overcome her phobia and ensures she always looks great. It's been a huge relief knowing that she is getting special attention. I recently got my very first dog. Needless to say, I wanted to spoil my new baby, making sure she got the best products and treatments. Of course I had a thousand questions as well. Several months ago, I came across a cat magazine (I like spoiling my cat, Tyson, too) that had these beautiful pet dishes and I just had to have them, especially now that I have a new addition to the family. Upon a search, I came across Tia’s Pet Boutique & Spa as one of the vendors of these extraordinary products. I phoned the store and spoke to the owner, Debra, who was such a joy to speak to.

The drive from my home to Tia’s is approximately an hour and it is definitely worth it! I made the trip out with my dog, Amirah, and also brought my mom along for the ride. Debra and her husband were so hospitable, warm and welcoming. The products she carries are of such high quality that I knew this was a place I would re-visit over and over again. I also made Amirah’s first grooming appointment with their groomer, Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable, professional and gentle with my dog and Amirah looked absolutely gorgeous when she was done with her. She just pranced out all proud showing off her new “do”. I have to mention the other customers that attend Tia’s as well. It’s like a family atmosphere. Everyone is there to share wonderful stories and help each other. I’ve had so many of my questions answered and have met some great fellow dog owners.

I have been back to Tia’s several times and will keep going back. Amirah and I both look forward to our visits there (and she always gets something new, whether it’s the fantastic treats or the beautiful clothing or anything else that catches my eye). I feel fortunate to have Debra and her “family” in our lives. Thanks so much for everything and we will see you very soon.
